The modernization of the Modena Chamber is our most advanced project at the Wieliczka Salt Mine. The Modena Chamber is part of the underground Kraków Saltworks Museum and is located on the third level. Its most important element is the enormous historic 17th-century treadmill.
PXM designed, supplied, and installed the lighting effects, sound system, and multimedia control system, which, using four Full HD projectors, creates a unique visualization of the operation of the former mine. Thanks to the use of mapping, the historic treadmill was "activated."
The entire lighting, sound system, and multimedia system are controlled by the PxControl system.
The multimedia system was designed and programmed by MUSIC INFO. The installation was performed by ITEL.
